Beamore is the event management platform that lets you get notified at the moment of event. Beamore connects organizers and participant especially while the event is ongoing. With the help of BLE Beacon devices, the moment of event services can be more regionalized.
Beamore does not just cover the moment of event. It covers the period before the event begins too. So you can find and track events by your interest and location.
Beamore Event Management Platform consists of 3 main components. These are:
1 - Beamore Web Portal is designed for the event organizers to let them publish and manage their events.
2 - Beamore Mobile App is designed for the event participants. Mobile App users can:
2.1 - Discover events by city and interests
2.2 - Join the event that you want to follow and get more information
2.3 - Get notifications, announcements, surveys, live event flows that are send by event organizer when the event is ongoing.
2.4 - If the BLE Beacon devices are planted to event area you can get more regionalized notifications, announcements, surveys at the moment of event with the help of these devices.
3 - Beamore ChatBot is designed for both event organizers and participants. Participants can do eveything Beamore Mobile App does. In addition, participants can ask questions to organizer through Beamore ChatBot and ChatBot answers the questions if it knows the answer. If ChatBot does not know the answers, asks to organizers until it learned.
